Pokonook is a fan-made directory of community Pokopia builds. We host user-submitted screenshots and metadata; we do not use Nintendo assets directly. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, we’ll review and act on a valid notice within 5 business days.

How to file a notice

Email dmca@pokonook.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown and the following:

1. Your full legal name, address, and a contact email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on Pokonook where the allegedly infringing content appears.
4. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@pokonook.com. Include the original removed content’s URL, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive multiple substantiated takedown notices will be terminated.
